Brazil has been eliminated from the World Cup by Croatia in a hard-fought match that ended with penalties(4-2).

After a goalless regular time, Neymar put his side in front with a beautiful goal – but it was canceled out by Bruno Petkovic shortly before the final whistle.

In the penalty shootout, Dominik Livakovic was the hero as he saved Rodrygo’s penalty. Marquinhos also missed his shot as Brazil got eliminated.

Social media has been littered with sad photos since the elimination given how many people were rooting for the country.

(On his future with Brazil)

“I can’t guarantee anything. I'm still messed with the elimination. My head is still hot, I'm not thinking straight. To say that this is the end, I would be rushing myself but I also don’t guarantee anything.”

Brazil has a solid and strong team and has a lot of talented players, they have Neymar, Richarlison, Antony and Allison but their mentality isn't like Croatia and they don't have enough experience in big games because there are many young players in the squad
